Holy WOW.

Artois Championships FINAL
Andy Roddick d. Nicolas Mahut 4-6, 7-6(7), 7-6(2)

To be honest, never thought he would win this one. He struggled early on, being pushed to third set couple of times by WCs. It was probably that I havent been able to see him play for the longest time (last time being USO 2006) but I was actually starting to lose confidence in him. He wasn't playing well on the score, and seemed to me, he was not having fun playing.

The very reason, I believe, that many Andy fans cannot stop loving him although however hard they might have wanted to, is that he always does come back. He is full of surprises. He loses almost everytime that we think that he will make it this time. It has been because of someone whose name starts with a big F, but some of us might have been getting sick of it. I was one of them. But he always proves me wrong. It was the reason why i started to like him. Even when he started to be pushed to the edge of the game, he still fights like the hell for it. He keeps holding on through the time with no title, no great win, and he always does come back. That gives us hope. That gives us the enjoyment to dream "Maybe this time...things can happen (often times "things" means beating HIM)"

Welcome back Andy Roddick.
